What can cause a cracked mark/depression lesion in buccal mucosa?
No cheek bite, there was a dental filling whitish in the first molar(when i scratch that or when the dental check happened recently up revealed it was not smooth, edges of the filling were not smooth and there was sharpness, can that cause this?
This ulceration is there since a month. Forget about pigmentation, i am okay with that..
But all the problems started after the dental filling, nothing was there before...

Whenever there is some hard or uneven surface on teeth, it creates problem to soft adjacent tissues. Visit a dental clinic to remove the sharp edge. Then wait for few days, if this crack heals then okay, else again visit a clinic for futher investigation.
Warm saline water rinses two to three times a day
Don't eat anything hard n spicy
If your filling or tooth has any rough edges, it can cause trauma to your buccal mucosa leading to that ulcer. The ulcer won't heal until the source of trauma isn't removed. So please visit a dentist and get it smoothened or replace the filling with a new one. Then the ulcer will heal on its own.
Next Steps
visit a dentist soon!
Health Tips
