I have cluster of lesion
I have cluster of small growth in buccal area of both side for more then a year, without pain and i have mouth ulcer also but not in that growth, the growth is without pain

Don't worry they are Fordyce granules ,it's normal to have these granules in some individuals

They are called Fordyce granules and are a normal finding in any ones mouth. It usually occurs on both sides of cheeks and does not cause any pain. In fact, when they occur on lips they help in preventing cracking of lips, which occurs during winters.

these seem like Fordyces granules.....a perfectly normal occurence.....nothing to worry about....no treatment required.....these are openings of sebaceous glands

These most likely look as fordyce's granules which are nothing but a natural cluster of fat particles present in the cheek area. These are present in majority of people. These are the normal anatomical structures that are painless and they do not require any treatment. So don't worry.
Talking about the ulcer that you are having, for that you can use some ointment or gel such as dologel or benzocaine for faster healing.
