Hello docs...i need ur help....Actually i want to ask about mineral water...the packaged mineral water bottles 1ltrs...as we knw that floods are all over there so there is not pure water left these days...and our ro is not working...can I use mineral water bottles which comes in 1ltr packages...is it safe to consume.in pregnancy...I am 7 months pregnant... And one more thing for how long can I take this mineral water...as water will take to get clean at least 15 days or more...can I drink packaged mineral water for these 15 days...plzz ans ...

You can take mineral water. But please keep in mind that when there is no water being supplied by the Municipality from where is mineral water being procured? It is quite possible that some unscrupulous people may be recycling mineral water bottles filled with ordinary water. The best thing is to use Filtered Boiled Cooled water.
