QUERY REGARDING UC & CROHNS DISEASE
Is it true that UC and Crohns Disease causes epigastric burning and mild grade fever ? Is it possible that if the occult blood is negative and there is no visible bleeding in stool a person can still suffer from UC and Crohns Disease ? What is the most accurate symptom observed in the above named diseases ?
