Crohns disease
It is understood that it is very difficult to differentiate between Crohn's disease & Colon TB. If it happens that if I'm treated suspecting the case of Colon TB which is actually Crohn's , what kind of difficulty or toxicity the patient may encounter?

TB medicine have different effects on different individuals. Some develop serious side effects. That's the reason not to treat without adequate evidence...
