Hi Dr , Can a sudden change in your work shift delay your periods ??? I was working during the night shift and suddenly I shifted to the morning shift and my period is delayed by 1 day.

No the reason is not the change in the shift A delay of up to 7 days is considered normal you can wait for 6 more days if there is no pregnancy
