Hi Dr,
In Feb month 2023. I was diagnosed with a simple ovarian cyst of 4.5 cm at that time my periods were delayed by 14 days. I haven't taken any treatment for cyst and my periods were also become regular from April to July but today I am delayed by 1 day and having no cervical discharge and no changes of pregnancy. What could be the reason ??
