How to delay periods by 1 week.
I need to delay periods by a week as i hv to work in extended shifts due to month closure and require something on immediate basis to delay it. My period might begin today itself judging by the pain and PMS i am having. Pls suggest.

It may or may not work as already u are having premenstrual symptoms. It has to be started 3-5 days prior to the date of delaying
