QUERY REGARDING LETHARGY
I always feel lethargic and sleepy all the time. Even after 10 hrs of sleep I can sleep more. Why is it so? What is the cause of my lethargy and Sleepiness? I keep yawning all the time. My Hb level is normal. My Vit D is also within range as I am taking Vit D3 capsules once a month. Then what can be the cause?

Do you snore when you sleep? Do you wake up frequently at night? It could be thyroid issues, stress or sleep apnoea too. Day time tiredness even after hours of sleep is suggestive of Sleep apnoea. You need to get evaluated and treated for the same. Left untreated, it can hamper your day to day life further. You can consult me on practo for further discussion on Management.

It is possible to feel lethargic because of increased Thyroid levels or depression or even Post Covid infection.... Commonly lack of physical activity along with junk diet can also contribute to that....I suggest to get your thyroid levels check and start doing physical activity like walking or jogging.
