Hello Doctors,
We have been trying to have a child. My wife had a late period and there were signs of clotting and we also did check for pregnancy using the test kit and it came out negative. So is this a case of miscarriage or can you please advise us as to what could be wrong here or how do we move forward from here.

If pregnancy test is negative then it is normal periods and not abortion

Take Tablet Letrozole 5 mg at bedtime for 5 days from day 2 -6 of periods
