  4. Query on HSG Report. Natural pregnancy?

Hi all, My hsg report says as below: - Bilateral spillage seen - Right tube shows delayed spillage. - Left tube appears normal. Does this mean both my tubes are open and can we try for natural pregnancy? i have attached my report. Please suggest.
