Query on Chest X-Ray with double shield
Hello Doctors, I am 4.5months pregnant and need to travel to UK in next one month span. For visa, chest x-ray is mandatory for TB detection. The visa department in hospital are allowed to do chest X-ray for pregnant women with double shield protection.Could you please help to analyse the impact on the foetus, Is it safe to go for xray with double shield protection and will it be detected in next sonography? Are people going for visa medical during pregnancy?
