Takrarishtham is a fermented product which is why you are seeing it's good effects. However,  arishta Kalpana are pitta aggravating,  and hence based on your body constitution,  you may have to wean it off so that the I'll effects don't kick in. Also , IBS is the prodromal symptom of most of the autoimmune conditions and so working on gut healing and reinstating healthy microbiome species is of utmost importance.  You may want to add shatavari churna for gut healing and also introduce  curd made with specialized Bacterial cultures. Since these cultures need to be tailored based on individual requirement,  you need to take professional help for the same. One of the main support that you need to give your gut is that of anti inflammatory diet for which following HAIP DIET will help. Secondly, focus on stress relieving practices mentioned in HAIP DIET which will help in rebalancing body and mind and correct the autoimmune response triggered due to high cortisol levels.

Not for long period...but yes takra( butter milk- home made) daily is a better option that you can take on daily basis, you can add hing, jeera, pudina in that which will enhance your digestion If you have burning chest or sour water like symptoms then please consult ,both takrarisht and buttermilk will not work on it
Next Steps
