Hello i am a 29 year old boy
I quitted alcohol ...non veg and smoking 7 days ago and I have loose 5 kilograms of weight as I am just eating a very less diet plain chapati and pulses .....and working out two times a day .....is it a good change

-1st congratulations for loosing 5 kg.
-and you quit smoking and alcohol that need courage good.
-continue with that as possible don't start again smoking n alcohol
-and for proper guidelines i need your medical history,diet recall & working pattern.
-and i need to check you are loosing weight in healthy whey or not.
-and you did not mentioned your height and weight.
