Why in homeopathy system there is no specific dose for medicine One doctor for my 7 years' Irritable bowel syndrome prescribed iris vers 6 ch 15 drops two times daily and then taking just only one time this medicine my stool pass stopped and anal fissure occurred My question is as far as I know homeopathy works better only for minimum medicine. But 15 drops of raw medicine ( it is not mixed with water as I bought it from pharmacy) at a time is correct dose ??? I think it is very very much over dose . Is not it ???

Single medicine neve cure ibs. So please cunsult another homoeopath.
In ibs many things want to repair. And want many changes in habits and in routine life.
Ibs takes time to repaire
The way that medicine given is against Homeopathy rules.
-Only single simple medicine to be prescribe at a time.
Not Torture the health by frequent repeat the medicine over dosing.
Complete case us required for exact similimum.
Thought process of Doctor who precribed you previous medicine may be differing in view of medicine, its potenxy and repition. Can't comment on same.
Only exact similimum works in Homoeopathy
Your doctor must have given medicine to you by observing your present condition. Trust your doctor disscus with him. Any further information can consult me.
Homoeopathic treatment is all about individualisation and it requires proper analysis and evaluation of the symptoms, patient's general condition, severity of the disease, pace with which the symptoms progress etc to fix the dose.
But yes, this much medication is over.
Homoeopathy system of medicine has its specific dose which is according to patients suffering... and as far as your given you medicine after detail case taking if you have such symptom consult back they guide you accordingly..
Your doctor has prescribed the medicine after taking a detail case history. You should not buy homoeopathic medicines instead take it from the doctor himself as they prepare the medicine correctly. Doctors do courier the medicine. Parmacy dispenses the medicine in a bottle which the doctor prepares according to the case. As to if the dose is too high or not can be determined after detail case taking only.
Next Steps
please speak to your doctor or consult with me on practo
Trust your doctor. If you have doubts change the doctor.

When we say raw medicine, it refers to crude substance out which medicines are made with dilutions. Once that you procure from pharmacy is not a raw medicine and the concept of ‘minimal’ dose doesn’t hold true with those. Dosage and repetition of meds depends on a lot of factors and there is no standard rule as such.
Doses are even not fixed in allopathy too, doses, potency all depends on disease , it's nature, acute or chronic and on many more things so on after case taking it is decided what to give, in which potency & what dose to be given
Yes, it is over dose.
You can take this way.
You will get permanent cure with the help of homoeopathic constitutional medicine.
I need more details for proper treatment and guidance.
