Quadruple test after fetal reduction
Hi doctors
I couldn't find right answer from many people so expecting right answer. Whether quadruple marker test is recommended after fetal reduction from triplets to twins. I got information the test will give wrong results with respect to alpha fetoprotein and NTD neural tube defects.
Please share ur opinion and suggestions

At what stage was the foetal reduction done? I think the foetal reduction would have been about 9-10 weeks before the Quad Marker test . Then foetal reduction should make no difference to the Quad test.

It has nothing to do with fetal reduction, it is to know, genetic abnormalities of the fetus or fetuses.
