I had a fall on a slippery surface and hit my right knee on the floor. Appear that my knee cap and other bones were safe.. No fractures as I was able to move slowly. Details are in the attached MRI reports.Right now using knee braces. Able to walk slowly and carefully. Not much of pain. Pl advise next steps... Rest and Rehabilitation or anything else to fix this issue. Need urgent advice as I need to decide soon.

The tear is a partial quadriceps tear in the muscle belly(not the tendinous part.) Keep knee in a shoulder immobiliser for 3 weeks and take rest. Try extending the knee, no intervention is required if you are able to do that. If your re unable to do so, or have weakness/pain then you may need surgical repair.
