Pytrrisis alba in 3 months baby boy
My 4 months old baby boy is having some white patches on various places of body like arms, chest, thighs, face,....initially its started on arms. in last 30 days its getting on various parts body. We consulted some dermatologist in my home town. They are not aware of what exactly it is wither infection or something else. As per my search in internet i it might be pytrrisis alba (Not sure).

Without proper diagnosis by seeing it.. can't prescribe for a small baby.. send photos for proper treatment
