Pyelonephritis since 5 months

Asked for Female, 27 Years

Hello, i was diagnosed with infection in the right kidney and then my treatment started in April 2020. Since then I have taken IV as well as oral antibiotics. But the pain is still there, and now I have done USG KUB with minimal pelvicalyceal fullness in right kidney. I am not sure where I am going wrong. And top of this the pain is radiating till my feet. Is there anything to worry?
