Pv spotting and bleeding
My wife is 5 weeks pregnant . From last 4 days she experiencing little bleeding and spotting.. especially after when she woke up after sleep.. my gynac prescribed Pause Xt and Hemsyl cvp tqblets. Are these ok in pregnancy? And heart beat of fetus is 117.. Hb of mother is 8.4.. can she continue iron injection? (Hemfer)

Pause XT and Hemsyl CVP are similar. Only one needs to be taken.
Other medicines are fine.
I personally would have liked to treat her on an oral Iron capsule or syrup.
Repeat ultrasound scan after a week.
