Putting GHEE in nose
I have been reading articles of various eminent doctors who claims that putting one or two drops of GHEE in each nostrils help in correcting sleep amnia disorder as well as smooth breathing at the time of sleeping. Please give your Advice. Here you may assume that the GHEE is pure, home made and free from any adulteration.
