Sinus infection with pus in ears points towards otittis media. Take antibiotic course (amoxiclav 625 bd), Tab diclo bd (if pain), tab Levocetriz 5 mg hs, tab pan 40 od and ear drop (betnsol N - three drops thrice daily). Avoid dust and cold.
