  4. Pus problem. Should i do to cure it.

Pus problem
Got some scratches just below the knee after felling down from my bike on a muddy road. Now after 2 days pus is coming out of it. Took Titnus injection on the same day and applying ointment (soframycin). Please suggest why pus is still coming out and what should I do to cure it.
