Noticed pus discharge from Anus and it's been irritating.Doctor suggested to take MRI scan and gave some medications and suggested diet changes..attaching the MRI scan report.Is there anything to worry about?Kindly suggest,Thanks

It's A fistula
Fistula means it is just like a pipe A pipe has two openings
One opening is inside the anal canal and the other opening is on the skin
So the only treatment in this case is surgery
