Pus cells in urine test but no bacteria
From past few months i am feeling burning sensation in my vagina whenever i am urinating and urge to pee again and again even after one minute of peeing i feel like peeing again i also have mild pain in my lower back . in my urine test there was 18-20 pus cells but when my urine culture test was done no bacteria was found so i don't know what these symptoms are of
