Pus cell in semen analysis is 8-10
My report of semen show pus cell 8-10/hpf but when I get semen culture report this show no path organism so out of both report which report is reliable? Is there is need to perform any other test? Is need to worry about?

Both reports are fine, as its not necessary that if pus cells are there , then growth or organism is compulsory...
