Pus cell count 35-40
I had pus cell count of 15-20 in previous Sperm count test and now 35-40!! All other factor improved from previous report but pus has also increased!! I take ayurvedic medicine for acidity and some times I am having allergic reactions like hives on my hand legs n lips but nothing near genitals!! What could be the reason for high pus count

Hi
Prostate or seminal vesicle (sperm tube) infection can cause pus cells in urine. This needs semen culture and appropriate antibiotics for at least 6 weeks. Semen reports may improve after 3 months.
