Hello, 30 day puppy bite, we need more data. Is puppy a pet or street one? Is puppy s mother dog been vaccinated? The danger with dog bite is fear of acquiring rabies disease which is dreadly and do sent have effective treatment. There r two types of treatment for dog bite. 1st is rabies immunoglobulin which is indicated if the suspicion that dog has rabies is high mostly for street dog's and it has to be given within sever days of bite. It has to be given as infiltration around the wound as much as possible and remaining amount should be given for both buttocks. Dose is 10-15 units per kg body weight. 2 nd is rabies vaccine . when suspicion is low and very superficial bite only vaccine has to be given Dose on 0,3,7,14 and 28 days counting day of injection as 0...
