My Pulse rate at rest usually comes 110-112 around, almost Everytime I check. Is it high ? What are the causes for the same and what should be done to control it ?

Above 100 heart beats per min.come under tachycardia but need to see whether you pattern is normal or abnormal. At young age can have slight higher beats than normal due to sympathetic drive. Get a holter done to see avg. heart rate over 24 hr. If these a beats are distressing you beta blocker in low dose can be adviced
