I have a heart beat thumping in my right ear and what I found online that matches exactly is (pulsatile tinnitus) I was wondering if this is something to be concerned about. It's been going on for about 5 days and it's usually worse later in the day and night.

Pulsatile tinnitus can occur in hypertension, anxiety, panic spells and tumors. Detailed clinical examination is necessary to rule out sinister causes for pulsatile tinnitus
