Pulsatile tinnitus
Hearing noises in both ears when I lay down to go to bed, sort of like a skipping rope with abit of a flutter sound to it, it is in sync with my heart beat, I've noticed that if I tense my body similarly if u we're going to pass wind, it creates the same noise in ears but longer, this bit has me worried, why would flexing cause a whoosh in ear.
