Ofcourse you may test for tb sputum examination
If it is negative also you could relax and take a normal course medicine
If it is positive you could take medicine at the earliest
So be positive about the results

Hi have gone through your xray n esr report. Please go through tests advised by her.Pulmonary T.B is most common infection found in India but look at the brighter side ,it is completely curable with Akt(Anti kochs rx).It is droplet spread infecton(spreads through sputum ).Regarding your concern that how you have got it inspite of good immunity, its possible as we are dealing with lot of people in our daily life so difficult to know from whom you have acquired. Also if you are a smoker please discontinue .
There is some sputum collection on your right side upper lobe lung.. Possibly TB.. Go for sputum and other test confirm and get treated.. TB is the most common Infection spread through cow milk.. If u r not drinking pasteurized milk the possibility is more.. Kindly avoid unpasteurized cow milk.. Get ur family vaccinated to avoid spreading if confirmed with TB
