Pulmonary Embolism
Hello there Greetings. Respected Doctors I think I have got Pulmonary Embolism. The points on my ribs pains. Shoulder pains..but point specific. I can't feel full breath. The chest is tight. Certain points are paining on the ribs. I feel enough O2 is not coming inside. I googled up it says PE? I am suffering from past one and half year . I have been to several doctors in the past but with no correct diagnosis. I can't visit any Doctor coz my town is still battling heavily with covid. For the time being pls suggest me how much time I have left with me? Regards

From the description you seems to be so panic. It's better to take private consultation with pulmonologist and discuss the whole problem and plan for management.
