Pulmonary embolism
Hello Doctor, This is for my mother , 70 years old. History of frontal ICH on 19th August 2020. Recovered well with conservative line of treatment and has good response in all her limbs and cognitive functionality. She has been diagnosed with Pulmonary embolism and DVT recently. For DVT in femoral vein, IVC filter is suggested and we are okay with it. Need suggestion on should clot dissolving drugs (dabigatran 150) should be administered for PE , given her one month old episode  of ICH? Attached is the clinical summary and ct Angio lungs. Please guide.

The management of pulmonary embolism depends upon clinical scenerio. Hemodynamically unstble patient require urgent fibrinolysis while some require anticoagulant and another few require filter
