Your symptoms are unclear and doesn't give an idea as to which part of ur back is hurting. Lower back ache is common but doesn't lead you to hold your breath. But upper back ache in pregnancy with breath holding could be more likely due to gastritis. You can take T. Pan 40 once daily on empty stomach with warm water for 5 days and gaviscon syrup 10 ml thrice daily 15 min after food for 5 days. Small frequent meals. Less spice. If you don't feel better consult your obgyn.
