Pulling sensation in lower abdomen
For past two cycles I see big blood clots coming out and it's weird to look. In my last cycle I got a ash color piece of more than 2 inch. Now I'm getting pulling sensation in my lower belly. I feel heavy like being 2 month pregnant. Now I'm on 23 day on my cycle. I'm having this feeling for past 3 days.
