Pulling in face
I have loss of cervical lordosis and cervical spondolytis. I sometimes have wierd sensations of pulling on my face or a sudden pulling pain from my jaw to the ear. Or from the jaw to the side of the head i have a sudden tip pain for just a nano second. Is these pulling sharp pain due to merve or muscle. Cause i don't feel always. The photo is the area i feel a sudden pulling pain from jaw to head and then goes away I also have health anxiety from a few years

Likely neuralgia or neuritis. Possibly involve Trigeminal nerve with autonomic symptoms.
