Puffy Eyes
From childhood I have puffy eyes. And I am not comfortable with it. Almost whole my eye bags are with me. Instead of plastic surgery please suggest some permanent solution to it.

Hi, it may be hereditary in your case. You can try ice compresses, place tea bags. Get adequate sleep. But these are temporary solutions. .
Consult local oculoplasty specialist for further management
