Think I have Puberphonia. My question is, does having an adam apple affect whether or not voice has broken? For example, I have a large adams apple but my voice hasn't broken. Could this be a sign of puberphobia, or is that normal? Thanks.

Puberphonia is a male having high pitched voice like a female. It may or may not have voice breaks. Large Adam's apple doesn't cause puberphonia. If you have voice like female it is treatable with voice therapy. Pls feel free to connect for any further help.
