Causes could range from temporary physiological disturbance to underlying physical/psychological problems. You have not mentioned about duration of your disturbed sleep. If it's only couple of days, you may observe for some time but if persists/worsens, visit a psychiatrist who may prescribe medication or suggest life style modifications.
