Psychotic thoughts
My wife is under treatment and medicines dicorate, oleanz and ativan for almost 3 months for bipolar disorder and psychosis. Havent seen much improvements She is having unreal thoughts of someone speaking in her mind and always talking to her. She is very scared though she is doing her regulr work properly. Any kind of consolling and conunsellinh is not helping as she feels her thoughts to be real Can the treatment take so long. What is your view doctor?

I really do not know who did the consoling and counselling for your wife. As far as  my opinion is concerned along with the medications counselling can help her. I suggest you to consult a psychologist separately in your city personally.
