I understand your concern. Your grandmother seems to be suffering from psychotic symptoms including visual and auditory hallucinations. It may be due to sensory deprivation as well. Please take her to a neuropsychiatrist for a detailed evaluation of her current condition. It is manageable with appropriate treatment. Some counselling sessions along with medical help might be useful for her. I would also be more than happy to help you with that if you are looking for further online assistance. You can directly consult with me through Practo as needed. Online chat consultation is also available.
