Sir, My grand mother is suffering from severe mental disorder. She is saying that she was able to see sombody and hear some noise during times. But I know that she had improper sight. This is during night times also.

I understand your concern. Your grandmother seems to be suffering from psychotic symptoms including visual and auditory hallucinations. It may be due to sensory deprivation as well. Please take her to a neuropsychiatrist for a detailed evaluation of her current condition. It is manageable with appropriate treatment.
