MRI report of my  Grand mother
What is opinion of any  DNB Nuero surgeon on this attached report. My grand mother has been admitted and RMI was done.

From the impression in the report ; the first & second point suggest that there is cerebral ischemia/atrophy, which could be age related. Which could possibly mean that she may/may not be having symptoms of senile dementia for example forgetfulness , etc. The incidental finding on point number 3 is of concern, and may have to be consulted with a neurologist surgeon & or endocrinologist (in reff to the report). The fourth point suggests that there is no internal bleeding. *For point number 3, please consult a doctor/specialist ASAP.
