Previously used ssri,benzo and antipsych
2 years ago i was prescribed fluoxetine, clonazepam and olanzapine for 11 months of duration the clonazepam was tapered and discontinued after 3 months and fluoxetine and olanzapine were continued with changing dosage for the rest of the treatment, its been 2 years since the medicine course was stopped and I've never been the same person , a part of by brain feels strangely asleep, there's no joy anywhere, despite being in an excellent educational institute i don't attend my college and barely appear for exams ,i was earlier very good in academics, decent in sports and fairly social  ,and now i feel a strange disconnection and numbness ,there's no interest there's no fear of consequences or concern of future,i can't think properly I can't speak very well my words many times fumble and i talk like a scared confused idiot, and when i complain this all the doc just says to continue similar medication and previous were low dose so that's unlikely the cause. WHY DO THE DOCTOR ALWAYS DENY?

In your question have you mentioned why you met the psychiatrist for the first time? What were the symptoms? Only by knowing the initial symptoms your present symptoms can be explained. Your mind is fixated that your present symptoms are due the medications, but more likely it is due to the negative or depressive symptoms of your mental illness. Kindly get 2nd 3rd or even 4th opinion, finally follow the one which works for you. Good luck

These problems you describe appear to be symptoms of your illness. Kindly consult your doctor for the same as all these are treatable.
