You will require medication if you are suffering from schizophrenia. If you aren't already on medication, consult a Psychiatrist who will assess you in detail and prescribe treatment after proper diagnosis. If you already are in medication, you need to convey these problems to your treating doctor. It is best to follow up regularly with the doctor who has been treating you as they are aware of your history
