Psychological or Clinical Problem
I have a persistent feeling of something getting pulled in middle of my stomach (between both ribs) with heavy breathing. Have got Troponin, Stress echo, chest X-ray, lungs test done with all ok reports. It's been over 2 months now but I still feel the same. Have consulted both cardiologist, Pulmonologist. To give a history here, I have been taking Tolol xr25 for high BP for last one year or so. Also, Have taken gastritis medication like Pan-D and few others multiple times as adviced by the physician for 10-20-30 days but this issue still remains. Sometimes I experience my hands are shaking, feel lethargic during most of the day. Sugar levels are Fasting: 70-80 and PP: 90-105 My Bilirubin level are always high ranging between 1.6 to 1.8 mg/dL, however SGOT and SGPT are normal. My attention is continuously on the stomach because of this. Is it something to do with psychological problem. Am I thinking too much? Pls advice.

You seem to be having anxiety relayed problem. It needs to be evaluated in detail. If anxiety is mild, therapy might be enough. If it is moderate or severe, then you might need medications. Treating anxiety will also help in controlling your high BP.
Next Steps
hence, get a psychiatry evaluation done soon either in person or through online.
