Dear mam Olean plus does not cause weight loss.it is not a recognized side effect of Olean and is unlikely to be due to this medication. Please do not stop or alter your medication without consulting your psychiatrist. If you have any concerns about the medicine please discuss this with your psychiatrist and then decide on the further course of action Thanks Regards Dr Ankita Mishra

Usually this drug causes weight gain in majority of the patients. Maybe your weight loss could be due to some other cause. Don't stop the medicines.
