I am an anxiety patient and have vertigo too.I was on medication for few months and recently I stopped taking medications.I felt my symptoms came back so started medication for anxiety again.even though I am using medication I feel sometimes rapid heart beat and head spinning and left side leg pain and sometimes left side chest pain.is this because or anxiety or...I have heart problem.I am confused weather I have anxiety or heart problem

To be sure, it's always better to check if u have any other medical issue.. If everything else is fine, then it must be anxiety related only.. Kindly consult..

Hi there i understand your problem. Most common cause of head spinning in young age is anxiety. Symptoms described by you points mostly towards anxiety features. In many physical problems anxiety features coexist. So in your case better to take consultation from psychiatrist and have basic check up done.

limit use of caffeine . Take meals on regular timings . maintain hydration and take adequate rest.  Book online / in clinic appointment for detailed assessment and treatment
