Psorisis getting worse
I have psorisis issue since 4 years. Gettng worse day by day. Which treatment i should start, homeopathy or ayurvedic or should visit dermatologist.

As a doctor qualified to practice allopathic medicine, i cannot offer opinion on any other medical system other than my own. Psoriasis is an autoimmune disorder and does require long term treatment in form of topical medications as well as oral. None of which are safe to be prescribed here without examining you first.
