Acne getting worse on accutane
Good Afternoon, I have been taking Accutane for over 3 weeks now. I have been fighting with my acne for about 8 years now. I've tried every antibiotic cream gel everything and nothing ever helped. I am on 20mg Accutane once a day, my skin went from oily to try , my lips are a little bit dry but nothing major. My acne is getting worse instead of g

Hi, thanks for posting your concerns. Take Azee 500mg(Azithromycin 500mg) weekly thrice times for 1 month. Use SASLIC Ds cleanser for face wash. Mix Deriva c Ms ointment & Acnemoist moisturiser and apply on face during night time. Hello! Accutane is a very strong medicine with a number of side effects. I hope you have started on accutane under dermatologist guidance. If not then consult dermatologist immediately. To get the desired response with accutane titration of it's dose is required. A hormone imbalance should also be ruled out.
